Teacher Training
Lifelong learning has become a popular catchphrase in recent years. The LBS faculty takes this concept seriously and engages in continuing education.
The LBS language lecturers regard teaching as part of a lifelong learning process. In addition to their academic qualifications, they are in close contact with academic institutions in their respective fields and regularly take part in didactic training programmes.
Recently, LBS hosted a seminar for blended learning in the language classroom. An in-depth workshop on the specific challenges and rewards of teaching in intercultural learning groups is currently being planned for the academic year 2011-12.
