The scholarships described within are to be held at the Lauder Business School, Vienna International College only and are normally for one year (two academic semesters) only. Scholarships are renewable, subject to fulfillment of the Basic Requirements.
 
Scholarships awarded are for the student only and not for relatives or spouses.
 
Scholarships are awarded by the Jewish Heritage Fund Scholarships Committee and all decisions are final.
 
No monies are paid directly to students within the framework of these scholarships: Only living and dining allowances are covered when fees for accomodation at the Jewish Heritage Fund Dormitory and meals at the Jewish Heritage Fund Dining Hall are partially waived.
 
Accommodation costs will either be waived or paid directly to the school by the committee. Where accommodation is provided, it will normally be at the Jewish Heritage Fund Dormitory.
 
The Jewish Heritage Fund reserves the right to withdraw, terminate or suspend any scholarship on disciplinary grounds or in case of failure to meet any of the Basic Requirements of the Jewish Leadership Program, namely:
• Minimum of 2.8 GPA (Grade Point Average)
• Active involvement in the Lauder Service Company (3 hours / week)
• Attendance and successful completion of courses related to Judaism
• Hebrew studies – choosing Hebrew as a foreign language (if applicable)
The JHF may amend or revoke the scholarship after one semester in cases of 1) failure to adhere to community behavioral standards; 2) failure to uphold the JLP's values; or 3) lack of compliance to the Basic Requirements.
 
Attempting to influence the decision of any member of the Scholarships Committee will automatically disqualify the applicant from receiving scholarship funding.
 
The Jewish Heritage Fund reserves the right to revoke or amend a scholarship without prior notification, based on the aforementioned reasons.
 
Scholarships are offered subject to funding and availability.
