ADMISSION FOR THE ACADEMIC YEAR 2020/21 WILL OPEN: JANUARY 8, 2020

APPLICATION DEADLINE FOR CITIZENS FROM EEA-COUNTRIES AND SWITZERLAND : SEPTEMBER 10, 2020

Citizens from EEA-countries and Switzerland as well as citizens from third countries, which are not mentioned in the list below, can apply until September 30, 2020.

However, citizens from third countries who are allowed to enter Austria without a visa should bear in mind to prepare all required documents for applying for a residence permit in Austria in advance (please see our information about entry regulation to Austria).

APPLICATION DEADLINE FOR THIRD COUNTRY CITIZENS REQUIRING A VISA TO ENTER AUSTRIA: JUNE 30, 2020, AS THEY NEED TO APPLY FOR A STUDENT RESIDENCE PERMIT IN THEIR HOME COUNTRY

Please note: It can happen that admission is closed earlier if all study places are filled.
