Towards the completion of their master’s degree in International Management and Leadership, the IML 2014 students had the opportunity to discuss a variety of managerial concepts and thoughts touching on the personal, social, and organizational level with highly experienced industry practitioner Mag. Georg Gruber, MBA. Mr. Gruber taught a course at LBS as part of the Issues in Management visiting professorship series.
As part of its Issues in Management visiting professorship series, LBS has the privilege to host Manuel Albaladejo, MPhil who is an Industrial Development Officer at the United Nations Industrial Development (UNIDO) and heads the UNIDO program on Strategic Industrial Intelligence and Governance. In an effort to expose master’s students to the cutting-edge scholarship and practice, LBS regularly appoints visiting professors in its International Management and Leadership program.
LBS strongly believes both in the potential of excellent master graduates and in international partnerships with research universities to boost its publication record. A recently published paper entitled Entrepreneurial Orientation in Several Stages Transition Economies:
Professor Dr. Hanno Pöschl, MBA, who heads LBS’s BFC and IML master’s programs and has a longstanding track record of teaching corporate finance, was invited by Cengage to review the Europe, Middle East and Africa Edition of Brigham, Ehrhardt and Fox’s standard reference Financial Management: Theory and Practice.
