MAN Truck & Bus is looking for an intern (m/f/d) for Customer Service Management | Technical at the Vienna location starting on 07.01.2025. The intern will independently handle order processing, support service requests, assist the Customer Service Management team with contracts, auditing, and service concepts across Austria. Responsibilities include processing warranty claims for trucks, buses, and vans, contributing to administrative operations, and preparing reports and KPIs. The intern will also contribute innovative ideas to improve customer communication. The ideal candidate is currently studying in a business-related field, has strong MS Office skills (SAP is a plus), and possesses excellent analytical and conceptual thinking abilities.
