Salary: From €77,000 gross per year (all-in) with a completed Austrian tax advisor qualification; final compensation depends on qualifications and relevant professional experience.
Your team
As part of Deloitte’s Tax & Finance practice, you will advise family-owned businesses as well as national and international corporate groups on a broad range of tax matters.
You will work closely with the responsible Partner and gain early exposure to complex client engagements, business development projects and strategic tax matters. The position offers close client interaction and significant opportunities for professional development and progression.
Your role
You will:
Provide ongoing tax advice to family businesses, corporations, and national and international corporate groups.
Work on projects covering corporate and income taxation, VAT, non-profit tax law and legal-entity/organizational structuring.
Work closely with the responsible Partner and take on responsibility for demanding client engagements at an early stage.
Contribute to acquisition and business development projects and strategic advisory matters.
Help expand existing client relationships and identify new areas where Deloitte can provide advisory services.
Develop a strong understanding of clients' broader business needs and contribute to the sustainable development of Deloitte's client portfolio.
Have the opportunity to progress into leadership roles, with potential career paths toward Manager, Senior Manager, Director or Partner.
Qualifications, experience and skills
You:
Have successfully completed a relevant university degree, such as Law, Business Administration or Business Law.
Have completed the Austrian tax advisor examination (Steuerberaterprüfung) or are close to completing it.
Think beyond purely technical tax solutions and identify opportunities to support clients' broader and long-term business needs.
Are confident communicating with people and enjoy developing lasting professional relationships with clients.
Are motivated to take responsibility and want a position where you can actively contribute, shape solutions and prepare decisions.
