SYNYO is offering a 4–6 month internship in Social Media Marketing & Analytics, with flexible full-time or part-time options and an immediate start.

The internship offers a gross monthly salary between €1,300 and €1,800, depending on qualifications and the internship type.

Your team

You will join an interdisciplinary team of researchers, communication specialists, and technology experts working on European innovation and research projects.

You will collaborate closely with project managers, graphic designers, and marketing professionals to develop engaging communication strategies that promote innovative technologies and EU-funded initiatives.

Your role

As a Social Media Marketing & Analytics Intern, you will:

  • Manage social media channels for innovation and technology projects.

  • Create engaging content for social media campaigns in collaboration with project managers.

  • Incorporate visual elements and project branding in cooperation with the design team.

  • Support the development of new social media strategies, particularly for e-marketplace initiatives.

  • Research and analyse companies and service providers in the IT and engineering sectors.

  • Assist in creating newsletters, blog articles, and other digital communication materials.

  • Contribute to the promotion and dissemination of European research and innovation projects.

Qualifications, experience and skills

Applicants should have:

  • Current studies in:

    • Communication Studies

    • Journalism

    • Marketing

    • Business Informatics

    • Information Technology

    • Or a related field.

  • An interest in both digital communication and technology.

  • Previous experience in social media management is considered an advantage.

  • Excellent written communication skills in both German and English.

  • The ability to explain complex topics in a clear, structured, and engaging way.

  • Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.

  • A proactive, creative, and collaborative working style.

The following skills are considered an advantage:

  • Experience with social media platforms such as LinkedIn, X (formerly Twitter), and similar channels.

  • Knowledge of graphic design and image editing software such as Adobe Photoshop or Illustrator.
