Lauder Business School is committed to ensuring digital accessibility for people with disabilities. We continuously improve the usability of our website and aim to apply relevant accessibility standards in accordance with legal and technical requirements.
This website is designed to comply with the Austrian Web Accessibility Act (Web-Zugänglichkeits-Gesetz – WZG) and the Austrian Accessibility Act (Barrierefreiheitsgesetz – BaFG), which implements Directive (EU) 2019/882 (European Accessibility Act). The applicable accessibility requirements are based on the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA. The provisions of the BaFG apply to relevant digital services from 28 June 2025 onward.
This website is currently partially compliant with WCAG 2.1 Level AA due to the non-accessible content listed below.
We have implemented the following measures to support accessibility: structured and consistent use of headings to improve navigation, provision of alternative text for images, sufficient color contrast for readability, keyboard accessibility of essential functions, and the use of clear and understandable language.
Despite our efforts, some content may not yet be fully accessible. This includes, in particular, older PDF documents and downloadable materials that are not fully adapted for accessibility, certain third-party content or embedded services that are outside our control, and occasional inconsistencies in semantic structure. We are continuously working to identify and remove these barriers.
If you encounter any accessibility barriers on our website or require information in an accessible format, please contact us at: office@lbs.ac.at. We will review your request and respond within a reasonable timeframe in accordance with applicable legal requirements.
If you are not satisfied with our response, you may contact the competent enforcement body: Social Ministry Service (Sozialministeriumservice), Babenbergerstraße 5, 1010 Vienna, Austria, Website: https://www.sozialministeriumservice.at/.
This statement was prepared on 01.04.2026 based on a self-assessment and is reviewed regularly to ensure ongoing compliance with the Austrian Web Accessibility Act (WZG) and the Barrierefreiheitsgesetz (BaFG).
