What is the Student Union?

The Student Union (ÖH – Österreichische Hochschülerinnen- und Hochschülerschaft) consists of elected officials and student members who represent the interests of the student body at LBS.

It serves as the official voice of students and acts as a bridge between students and the administration.

What We Do

The Student Union focuses on the following areas:

Representation

We answer student emails and messages, help with questions and concerns, listen to feedback, and step in wherever possible to improve students’ rights and overall university experience.

Facilitating Change

We work in friendly cooperation with the administration to advocate for student needs, actively participating in university council meetings to voice concerns and drive positive change.

Student Support

We respond to student questions regarding campus life by assisting with everyday concerns, speaking up, finding solutions, and pushing for improvements that benefit the student body.

Community & Events

Our goal is simple: to make student life better, more social, and more enjoyable. From emails, meetings, and budgeting to planning, problem-solving, and hosting parties, there’s always something going on.
